Orange County Human Relations received Certificates of Recognition from the City of San Clemente at its September 17, 2013, City Council meeting. The certificates acknowledged the work of OC Human Relations in developing the El Bajio Cultural and Intergenerational Project, funded by the Swayne Family Foundation. They were received by Board Member, Frank Marmolejo and Edgar Medina, Parent Leadership Institute Coordinator.
