January 17th, 2019 was Parent Night at Ball Junior High. This event is put on for the parents of current 6th graders to give them more information about the school as they decide where they want to enroll their children next year. Teachers from different departments attended, as did representatives from different clubs and programs. Chelsea Stephens attended to explain to parents about the Restorative Justice program at Ball, and to show them how OCHR’s work impacts the campus. Parents were excited that this type of program exists, and many expressed that they wished they had this type of program when they were students.
