Format & training topics

The twelve modules (between 5-6 hours each) described below allow for exploration of topics to help unpack and identify areas of need and strength within an organizational structure. Participants would be expected to complete all modules.

Meetings take place once per month from 10:00am – 3:30pm. NOTE: All meetings will be virtual and online.

Cost

$1500 per nonprofit participant*
*A limited number of partial scholarships are available to individuals working for organizations facing financial constraints. If you are interested in a scholarship, please contact Seema Shah at seema@splash.ochumanrelations.org

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. There are a limited number of seats available and thus a selection process may be necessary. August 20 is the deadline to apply for the September 2021 cohort.
